TempleOS RedSea FUSE implementation for Python 3

Commands

isoc-mount [--rw] <filename.ISO.C> <mount_point> will mount an ISO.C image on mount_point

Specify --rw to commit writes to ISO.C file, otherwise discarded on unmount.
